QUESTIONS. If you have a question or concern regarding your order, please submit a message below or send an email directly to email@example.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
SHIPPING. Unless otherwise noted, most "Personalized" items take up to 3 weeks processing time before shipment.
COLORS. Colors on computer screens may vary. We try our hardest to best represent the colors of our items but can never be exact.
All sales are final. If you receive an item and feel it was not delivered as ordered, you must contact customer service within 3 days of delivery and include your invoice #, name and email address used to order the item in order to receive assistance. If applicable, please attach a picture of your item to the email showing the discrepancy.
We hope you LOVE your purchase! If not, feel free to send it back to us. Items eligible for return are:
- Items un-worn, un-washed, and un-altered with original sales tags attached.
- items that are NOT personalized.
Items must be returned with 30 days from the original purchase date.
Clearance items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
If you received incorrect order or defective merchandise, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt of order.
In store credit will be issued for items returned. Please make sure it meets the criteria above. Fill out the returns form on this website and mail your item to:

Once return is received, they will be processed in 1-3 business days. You will be issued a store credit and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable.
